A recent problem I haven’t been able to solve is how to deal with franchises.
We work with a lot of realtors so we have hundreds of contacts whos emails end with the same domain, all those contacts are auto associating with the hundreds of different companies as well.
Has anyone run into this before? Do you have a solution aside from manually un-linking all the contacts?

Thanks for the quick reply!
We wouldnt want to disable this isn’t an issue for the majority of our leads but still a fairly significant number if we had to disassociate the contacts froms companies manually.
More so wondering if there’s a solution of how to manage franchises where contacts share the same domain.

You can exclude certain domains from the automation: Automatically create and associate companies with contacts
You would have to specify which ones, HubSpot can’t (yet) make that call for you.
