How to give special tag to different mails in business emails?

Hi, Everyone, I hope that all of you will be fine. Being a business owner I am using business email for managing tech product reviews business where I am handling different clients issues related to products and also have to deal with our product suppliers. So some time the product supplier mail get mixed with the query mails. So how will I give special tag to the supplier emails so that I could easily differentiate it from the rest of the emails. Kindly guide me about it. Thanks
