My team would like to set up calling in Hubspot by utilizing Hubspot numbers. Each member of my team has the sales enterprise seat, but for some reason “Get a Hubspot number” is grayed out on their end and only “admins” have access. They have enterprise level seats, why are they not permitted? I have looked into permissions anything calling related is turned on.
Hey @PPob12! Depending on your HubSpot subscription, there is a limit to the number of HubSpot provided phone numbers that you can acquire. With Enterprise, you can create up to 5 phone numbers. If you’re a user with super admin permissions, you can acquire a HubSpot provided phone number and then assign it to a team member. You can also acquire the number and reassign it later.
