Just a heads-up, HubSpot only allows one blog listing page per blog. If you’re looking to reset and start completely fresh, you’d need to delete the entire blog, which would also remove all posts and data, so it’s not recommended unless you’re absolutely sure.
That said, you can change the template for your blog listing or post pages, and it will apply the new design across all listings or posts, not just one.
