Is there a way to create a filtered view or an active list with contacts that have more than one email?
I need to delete the extra email addresses and would prefer not to go through contacts that have just one.

Out of the box, no, as far as I know. However, you can easily export contacts with all emails…
… clean up the excel file to only contain record IDs of contacts with multiple addresses, then re-import the record IDs to just create a list.
It’s not real-time and it requires an export, but it’s done in 3 minutes.
