How to export contacts from Outlook with Categories

I’ve spent hours categorising my contacts in Outlook, ready to export to Hubspot:

-client

-working lead

-referral

etc etc

This is to give me priority lists to start working through in Hubspot.
But I’ve discovered that Outlook Mac only exports a .ole file, which I don’t think Hubspot imports.

Outlook 365 in browser will give a CSV, but will only ‘export all’. I don’t want to import personal contacts.
I’ve used Outlook Contacts Sync to synchronise, and I’m able to choose the categories that sync. But those categories don’t show in Hubspot on Free, and Pro is too expensive for my needs.

Are there any workarounds?
