How to Execute a Workflow on Creation of a Contact

Hi Experts,

I am new to hubSpot. I need to achieve a task in hubSpot that when Contact is created I need to run a Workflow, but I can’t find any trigger like onCreate or something like that. looking for guidance

Hi @wqidwai,

If you set your enrollment trigger to “Create date is known”, that will pull in contacts when they’re created:

Make sure to select “No, only enroll contacts who meet the trigger criteria after turning the workflow on” when you’re unsure. Otherwise all contacts in your portal will be enrolled immediately.
