The Problem: We use JotForm and HubSpot. For ease of use, we want to keep as much in HubSpot as possible so our Sales Team doesnt have to juggle mulitple platforms.

The solution: Learn how to embed JotForm Submission Tables in HubSpot Dashboards, like below! It’s actually quite simple.

Here are the articles I used from JotForm and HubSpot:

Steps:

  1. In your JotForm Submission Table click “Share”
  2. Edit privacy settings to “Public” for the form to be viewable (or email domain for your company)
  3. Select “Embed” and copy the embed code.
  4. Go to your HubSpot Dashboard
  5. Click “Actions”
  6. Click “Add external content”
  7. Click “Other content”
  8. Title your table and copy the code into the proper fields
  9. Click “Add”
