I’ve integrated Hubspot with Slack.
Clicking the menu buttons after a post brings up the hubspot “Create a Ticket” action.
I’d like to edit that resulting form. Any ideas?
Hi @finch8243,
The Slack integration should be referencing the same properties as the default create form: Customize the create form for each object

Best regards!
yeah it isn’t unfortunately--
Curious @karstenkoehler do you know if it’s possible to have conditional logic from the ticket creation form show up when creating a ticket record from HubSpot? Right now it’s just showing the standard properties that are default for every ticket creation.
Hey @sam-c-jacobsen,
Thanks for following up here!
I’m reading through our knowledge base article on Customizing the create form for each object, and there is a section dedicated to Adding conditional logic to the create record panel. You’ll note that there are a few pre-requisites to achieving this, but it does appear to be possible!
I hope this helps!

@STierney I know how to do that. I am asking about the conditional logic applied to the create object form (action) directly in Slack.
Thanks for confirming, @sam-c-jacobsen!
Looking forward to seeing what insight @karstenkoehler may have.
