we have several deal stage. one of them is close won.
when someone move the stage to close won, it’s better to show differnt properties for different teams.
for example, when deal stage is moved to [close won]. for US team show the peoperty [number], for UK team show the property [percentage].
does someone know how to achieve it?

As far as I know, information on one and the same association card cannot be made conditional. As always, you could request this in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas
Workarounds as of now could be creating layouts for different teams for the deal records themselves (left sidebar, for example). Customize records
This would not affect the association cards, of course, but you could train the teams to look at the record itself and not just the card (until there is a conditional property feature for association cards).

To what exactly are you referring? Left deal sidebar, middle section, assocation card, …?
in the left deal sidebar,
when I move thedeal stage to close won, it’s can be shown differnt properties for different Company Types.
for example, when deal stage is moved to [close won].
if the latest associated company Type is [Big Company], show [Numbers]
If the latest associated company Type is [Small Company], show property [percentage].
