How to delete pipeline formerly associated to Shared Deals?

I’m trying to clean up our pipelines and I can’t seem to delete this pipeline that had been ties to shared deals. We had two pipelines, “Prospecting” and “New Sales”. I’m trying to delete Prospecting. I get this error:

I did go in an change the default pipeline to “New Sales”, but the error persists.

Is there another area I need to update?

Hi @TeeterVT,

Are you still a HubSpot partner? (You could check by looking at the navigation in your HubSpot portal – is there a Partner menu point?)

If yes, you first have to reach out to the partner team / customer success team. Under Partner > Provider home, you should see a “How do I get help” section in the bottom right corner.

If no, then I’d recommend reaching out to regular support and requesting their help to remove the pipeline – in-app, via chat or email.

If you’re not on a paid subscription anymore, then you could either purchase a cheap Starter subscription for one month to get access to support or you would have to accept that this pipeline continues to live in your CRM.
