How to delete contacts not linked to my list of companies records.

I have about 2300 company records and 4300 contact records. I want to delete any contact records that are not linked to the company records, how do I do this or what report can I create to do this, please help?

Hi @JEngelbrecht,

The easiest way to find all contacts who are not associated with a company record is through a filtered view on the contact index page.

Navigate to Menu > Contacts > Contacts and click the More filters option in the center of the screen. Then search for Associated company and set it to “is unknown”. HubSpot will now return all contacts that are not associated with a company record:
