How to customise "log email" feature on a contact card

Hello everyone,

I would like to edit the “log email” window when I am on a contact’s card, so I can customise it for my business’ needs.

For example, I would like to add a dropdown menu so sales reps can record email outcomes, which we can then track in reports.

I know there are some customisation options available in settings for “log call” features, but I could not see the same for “log email”

Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is currently not possible. There aren’t any customization options that would allow for adding email outcomes, unfortunately.
