We would like to implement a popup notification system within HubSpot CRM that prompts users to provide additional information when they select a particular value for a specific property.
For instance, consider a property named “A” with two options: “True” and “False.” If a user selects “False,” a popup should appear asking them to choose a reason from another property called “B,” which is a dropdown property.
This popup mechanism will help us gather more context and rationale behind certain property value changes, enabling us to make informed decisions and further improve our CRM data.
