First of all, my language seetings cannot change and i cant read spanish.
I wanted to know how my colleugue can make her own pipeline? (have the option of seeing mine) Also, I am unable to save my deal stages for some reason.
Please advise

Para que puedas cambiar el idioma de tu perfil en la Comunidad a Español, es necesario que hagas clic sobre el ícono del perfil y seleccionar ‘Mi configuración’ >>>> Haz clic en ‘Preferencias’, ‘Idioma’, Español y ¡recuerda hacer clic en Guardar!
En cuánto a tu pregunta, quisiera compartir éste artículo donde puedes encontrar los detalles de cómo crear un pipeline en tu portal.

Let me help you.
1) You can change the language settings, clicking the person icon on the menu, going to settings > Prefences> Language.
2) How to create pipelines/Edit?
Pipelines are at account level, what do i mean? You create a pipeline for the whole account, everybody sees the pipeline (then you can filter the deals by owned only)
If you are using a free version of Hubspot, you can create ONLY 1 pipeline.
To Create/Edit a pipeline: You go to Settings on the Menu, then select Sales and then Deals.
If you cannot edit de Pipeline, check your user’s role or settings and make sure you have Sales checked.
