How to create custom field in single blog and show the data in listing Blog page

Hi

I want to add a new custom field to the Single blog page, for ex.:

I want to Add a new field name “Blog subtitle”, and show this new field in the blog-listing module.

I added a new module and imported that into the blog-post template.
After that, I tried to get the new module data in the blog-listing module, but it’s not working!
Anybody can help me with this? or have any idea?
