Want to create a report with the following:
-Sales Goal for a defeined segment (e.g. germany)
-Revenue generated per defined segment (e.g. germany)
-Difference goal vs revenue
-% of archieved revenue vs. goal
This report should allow to show multiple segments in the diagram for an complete overview (e.g. segment germany, austria & swiss)

This is likely most easily achieved with the custom report builder, specifically the “Gauge” visualization: Create reports with the custom report builder
The gauge chart type allows you to set ranges, draw a goal line and simply filter the report by whatever deal filter criteria or segment you’d like. Understand different chart types in HubSpot reports
You would proceed to create one of these reports per segment, then place them side by side on a dashboard.

this is not what i am looking for it should be a horizontal bar with multiple segments as an total overview. or even just total revenue by quarter and goal by quartal without the need of setting user or team goals.
@MGrau01 if you have separate goals per segment, then - as far as I know - this is currently not possible with the available chart types / settings.
@MGrau01 I’m not arguing that it should be like that, I’m just saying that there is currently no option to have individual goal lines in the custom report builder for horizontal bars.
