I’d like to to create a Meeting in Zoom when Meeting is created via Hubspot Meetings?
Is this possible?
I’ve looked at the Zoom app & workflows but cannot see any option. All I can do is insert a Zoom Meeting link into the Hubspot event.
Reason:
Better & more flexible email templates & reminders in Zoom. eg Hubspot only allows 1 very basic reminder email and cannot attach ics…Zoom allows more flexibility in design and intvitees are more likely to add it to their calendar / accept.
