One added complication. We have created a Customer Object (Order Journey) and the abandon basket workflows are based on this object (not a contact record). Therefore, I cannot create a list of completed contacts, since the workflow is Order Journey based. It appears you can only create lists from workflows which are Contact based.
I have tried the “Enroll in another workflow” approach. However, that workflow would need to be order journey based (not a problem). However, doing this, I then have double count (meaning people in my abandon basket) would also be in my long-term nudge. I can’t seem to find a way to set the new enrollment trigger to exclude those currently in the abandon workflows.
Thoughts?
