Sorry if this is in the wrong location!
We are looking to use Microsoft Forms to have our users submit hardware/software requests. Once submitted, it will go through Teams to get Manager approval and then come to IT. We would like then have the information put into a ticket in HubSpot so that we can continue the work there. I’m trying to build this out in Power Automate, but am struggling with the HubSpot connector there. Is there anyone who can help me with this, or maybe point me to some good resources on that?
Thanks!
Hey, @IStephenson
Thanks for your question. Can you share more about exactly what is not working for you? Finding Power Automate help can be challenging. If you don’t get any replies here, you can also try posting in their forums Power Automate forums.
Best,
Jaycee
Hi Jaycee!
There is a connector in Power Automate that is built by an independent party to connect to HubSpot. I’m guessing I need to post on the Power Automate forums to tyr and get some answers. I was just hoping somebody else who uses HubSpot also had tried this.
Thanks!
Hey, @IStephenson
No worries at all. I added the link to the PA forums in case other community members here didn’t have a reply for you. Most things we get answers for here, but PA and a few other things like the Calling SDK get a lot less traction. I hope you’ll keep posting here for other things HubSpot-related. Have a fantastic day! — Jaycee
I had the same question, and was surprised there wasn’t a clear answer anywhere—interestingly this thread was the top Google result. I wrote a technical article on creating HubSpot tickets with Power Automate that might help anyone that comes across this. See it here.
Thanks @LanceRaeper
