Hello
Hubspot newbie here. I am using the free version.
I want to create a form on my web site which will capture new contact info - name, email address and possibly one of my custom tags.
How do I do this please? I assume I build it someplace within Hubspot, this generates some code which I then copy / paste to my web site.
Thanks
Chris
Hi @ebooster
You will need to enable the Free version of the Marketing Hub, alongside your CRM, to obtain the ability to track external forms or create native ones to add to your website.
Hope this helps.
Thank you @Phil_Vallender !
That helps a lot.
As a follow up, I am considering migrating away from Aweber to Hubspot.
My requirements would be as follows:
1/ Campaign 1 - Consultancy
- prospect completes a HubSpot form on my web site
- prospect is allocated to my consulting service offering
- a sales agent has a follow up with the prospect with the aim of making a sale
- prospects and converted leads are sent periodic newsletters
2/ Campaign 2 - Training
- prospect registers interest
- all prospects are sent periodic newsletters advising of new training dates
- prospect registers for a course through an eventbrite link
So,
- is this relatively easy to do in Hubspot?
- I am anticipating ~ 10 leads / month for consulting and ~ 500 leads / month for training… what level of Hubspot service do I need?
- for Campaign 2 how can I separate actual confirmed attendees, from those who are still in pre-sales phase (the content of the newsletters would likely be different for each audience)
Thank you!
Chris
Hi @ebooster
Apologies for the delayed reply. To answer your question, yes, your requirements are quite easily met by HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro using a combination of:
“for Campaign 2 how can I separate actual confirmed attendees, from those who are still in pre-sales phase” - the Eventbrite integration can tell you who has registered for, and who has attended, an event.
Hope this helps.
