Hello @DianaGomez , unfortunately this is not working for conversation based workflows, see example of the workflow below.
I can’t add Deal as Data source and that’s the major gap here for me to not be able to enrich the notification with Sales owner, CS owner, renewal date, SAT score etc.
I also can’t use the native Slack notification for Inbox, because that is not filtering out Spam messages
