Problem: Our website is hosted via Wordpress. Everytime we add the A Records to our DNS, our website stops working. I was able to add the CNAME to it, but not the A Records.
Question: How can I complete the primary domain setup without adding A Records from HubSpot? Is there a TXT alternative?
If your actual website is hosted outside of HubSpot you can not connect
your main domain. Instead you will have to connect a sub-domain to host
HubSpot content on.
So instead of trying to connect www.yourcompany.com you need to connect
something like campaigns.yourcompany.com or content.yourcompany.com.
