Yes, you can leverage calculation properties for this. Create this property on the contact object and choose these settings:
You can then filter for contacts where this number property has a value greater than 1.

For those that find this later, to clarify some new language, the ‘count’ type you need to use is now under a rollup property, not a calculation.
