Hi all,
We have an active workflow with continuous on-going enrollment of new contacts (that we can’t simply turn off).
In a [Delay until event happens] the Contacts delay period = 7 days.
We want to reduce this to 2 days but are unable to edit due to the fact that there are always contacts waiting.
Is there a solution?
Thanks,
Kevin
Hi @KHannahCX,
If you’re not able to edit the existing workflow action, have you considered creating the same (updated) delay action right before (or after) the current one, then deleting the current one?
Deleting a delay will cause the contacts within that delay to move to the next action immediately.
Best regards
I am trying to delete a delay in a workflow after creating an updated delay after it but I am receiving an error saying the delay was unable to be deleted and to verify the “action isn’t referenced by any other actions before deleting it”. I have checked my workflow and am not seeing any other action that references this delay.
