How to change the owner of a campaign?

Hello,

I need to change the owner of a campain from myself to my manager. Is there any way I can either transfer ownership or provide her access to make changes?

Unfortunately, there is no way to edit either the author or the name of a Campaign. But, as long as your boss has the right permissions (Super Admin, Admin, Marketing) they should be able to edit elements such as:

  • Description
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Budget
  • Personas
  • Goals
  • Associate elements in Convert Contacts, Promote Campaign and Nurture Contacts
