How to change the hubspot chat Icon?

does anyone know how can I change the hubspot Icon on the chat?

Interestingly enough, there still appears to be no native way to change this icon. You can change the avatar that appears, for bots, but not the chat bubble itself. I wonder if this is because HubSpot has tested this and knows this icon performs best.

You may be able to insert a different icon on the front-end using javascript but that could be risky. YMMV.
