I just received my certificate and my username was there. I am planning to change it to my full name, how to change it?

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Update Profile: In your HubSpot account, click your profile picture (or initials) in the top right corner and select Profile & Preferences.
  2. Edit Name: Under the General section, update the First name and Last name fields to your full name.
  3. Save Changes: Click Save at the bottom of the page.
  4. Refresh Certificate: Go back to the HubSpot Academy section, navigate to the My learning tab, and then click on Completed.
  5. View Certificate: Click View certification on your course. Your full name should now appear.

Note: It may take a few minutes for the changes to reflect. If it doesn’t update immediately, try clearing your browser cache or opening the certificate in an incognito window.
