How to change "created by" activity for object via API?

I want to change the following activity to a custom value.

The company object is being created using the HubSpot API, but I can’t find any documentation on how to change the “This company was created” activity, which automaticly gets created.
I want to change it to “This company was created from the XXX”
Is this not possible with the API, or have I overlooked something?

Hey @ARubino this is a read only field that is populated automatically by HubSpot based on the source of the change, so is not possible to update, even via api.
