Is it possible to change the first Contact column to the Company Name and not an individual? As well as, changing the info the business card scanner picks up? Also, is it possible to deactivate the “Contact owner”, and “assigned to” features? Thanks, I’m new to HubSpot and CRMs, trying to make it work for our new Independent Sales Repping company.
No, I don’t think that is possible. You can swap all other columns except the Contact Name column, I believe. You may want to put your company name right after the contact name and then sort the list by company name.
