You can bulk assign company records (or contacts) from the company (contact) records screen.
In the top nav menu click Contacts->Companies. If you are reassigning all companies check the checkbox in the top left of the table. Select all companies using the “Select all…” link that appears in the blue bar at the top of the table. Click Assign at the top of the table and then choose the Hubspot user to assign these to.
