A few things that worked for me in the past were to actively engage with other accounts that are in similar field to what you page is about. For example, if my page is about cooking tutorials, then it would make sense to interact with other people whose interest is around cooking.
It might be hard in the begining stage especially if you just created the account recently. It takes time for sure to see the growth. But if you keep being consistent in posting more high quality content that people are looking for, then there’s a likelihood your page will pick up the pace. Reels might be what you’re looking for since Instagram is pushing Reels to its users.
