Hi Hubspot Experts,
In FreshDesk the greeting of the email is automatically inserted with “Hi Contact First Name” by default. I saved a lot of time by not typing this.
However in Hubspot I don’t see how to turn it on, or is this feature available?

This can’t be enabled for all emails but is easy to set up with snippets. Navigate to Menu > Conversations > Snippets and set up a snippet like the one below. Whenever you type hi, it would suggest the autocompletion for the full phrase.
