Hi, Everyone. I hope that all of you will be fine. As I am runing app development business and we have dedicated business mail for our every franchise. We have separate business mail and the other franchises have their own business mails. Now I want to know that how will we redirect the incoming business mail into our hotmail so we can redirect the incoming mail in our business mails to the hotmail of every franchise manager so they could access it everytime. Kindly share any tutorial so we can learn it.

This depends on the email service provider of your business email. In a lot of cases, this is Gmail or Outlook. You can set up auto-forwarding using rules in Gmail and Outlook. You can find the instructions for how to set this up below:

If it’s neither of the two, simply google for “auto-forward [your email service provider]” and you should find a tutorial.
