How are you tracking the intent responses?
If you’re tracking them on a property, you should be able to branch your workflow based on whether they’re a positive or negative responder.
Maybe rather than a reply, have them click a button/link that indicates their response and branch from there? Or, create a property and update it based on their reply for branching logic?
