Hello, I am currently working on an automated email that will be sent out to customers when they unsubscribe from our newsletter.
I noticed that the CSAT and CES emails have a better set up in terms of design and I would like to at least add some padding to my rich text (and header) is placed similarly to the premade surveys.
I cannot find any of these options in the survey tool. Is there no way to add padding/margins or do any of the more common customizations that exists normally in surveys?
