Hey @MarcelTrottier unfortunately in the new forms editor there’s no real customisations available, it’s just what is there. So you can’t add any custom HTML or CSS to add in your own elements. The only way to add this would be through using the old forms editor, but then also you lose your new forms features!
At the moment, HubSpot’s new (step) form editor doesn’t support adding custom HTML, CSS, or imagesincluding icons within the rich text fields. If you need that level of customization, the legacy form editor still allows you to use the rich text module to insert images and format content more freely.
That said, if you’re just looking to add emojis, special characters, or symbols as bullet points, you can use your operating system’s built-in tools:
Windows: Windows key + . (period)
Mac: Fn + E or Control + Command + Space
Just a heads-up this is a native OS feature, not something provided directly by HubSpot. Hope that helps!
Thank you. That was very helpful. Its a shame that we are missing this level of customization in the new editor. Hopefully this will change in the future.
