How to Add HubSpot Cookie Consent Banner to a Shopify Website

Hi all!

Quick question—I’m looking to add HubSpot’s cookie consent banner to a Shopify website. I see that under Settings > Privacy & Consent > Cookies, there’s an option to add external domains, which seems like the right place to start.

However, the Shopify site is currently displaying its own native cookie banner. Should I disable the Shopify cookie banner before adding the domain in HubSpot? Or is there a way to have both work together without causing conflicts?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @CDeMares! From what I understand, it is possible to have multiple banners per page, but it requires custom implementation. Maybe our experts @Phil_Vallender, @Anonymous, or @Bryantworks can confirm-- can two cookie banners run on the same domain? Or would you recommend disabling the Shopify banner?
