How to add custom headings/sections inside the Create Company form?

Hi HubSpot Community,

I am looking for a way to organize our custom properties inside the Create Company form by adding visual headings or section dividers, but I am currently running into limitations.

Here is what I am trying to achieve:

  • Section 1: Company Details

    • Properties: Company Code, Company Name, Industry, Category

  • Section 2: Company Statutory Details

    • Properties: Legal Status, CIN, Date of Incorporation, GST, TIN

While I am able to create property groups, they do not provide the clean, sectioned visual layout I need directly inside the Create Company modal/form.

Is there a standard workaround, configuration, or best practice to display custom headings or collapsible sections inside the Create Company form so users can easily fill out grouped information?

Any guidance or solutions from the community would be greatly appreciated!

At this point no, the create record form does not support sections or subheadings. You could request this from the product team here: https://community.hubspot.com/c/hubspot-ideas/59
