How to add CAPTCHA to the knowledge base

Hi! We are experiencing hundreds of spam submissions for the knowledge base registration form. The form has no CAPTCHA, and I think adding CAPTCHA would solve the question. But how could I add the CAPTCHA? This form is not a regular marketing form with CAPTCHA functionality. Does anyone know how to add captcha to the registration form for the knowledge base?

Hi! To stop spam submissions, adding Google reCAPTCHA would be a great fix. Here’s how:

Sign up for an API key on Google reCAPTCHA.

Add the CAPTCHA widget to your registration form.

Verify the CAPTCHA response on the server-side.
