How to add an item to the gray box within a ticket

Hello!
I’d like to add ticket category to the gray box just below ticket owner to make the category field a little more obvious. Is there a way to edit this box to include more fields?

Where exactly is this element? Is this the right sidebar? If so, then you can adjust which properties are shown there in the record customization editor: Customize records

If that’s not what you’re referring to, could you please share a screenshot that provides more context and ideally shows an entire record, with confidential information blurred?

Hello! Yes that is what I’m talking about, but that only allows me to edit or add fields to the cards below what I’ve boxed in red. I specifically want to add to the box

@HelBle I’m not aware of any ways to customize this box specifically. You would have to adjust the “About this ticket” card directly below as a workaround.
