How to Add a List to a Campaign Report

I’m having a problem with a campaign report… After hosting an event, I created a new static list from the leads generated. However, when I add this list to my campaign, I don’t see any changes reflected in the ‘Attributed Revenue’ or ‘Associated Deal Value’ metrics, despite knowing for certain that we acquired new clients from this list. I’m wondering if simply including a static list in a campaign will accurately update the report with new data from the leads within that list. It appears that the campaign report is only utilizing data from forms and other assets within the campaign, and not the list I’ve added. Is there anything else that should be done to ensure the report updates to include the data from the MQLs on the new list?

Hey @AG095, thank you for posting in our Community!

Please, ensure that the new static list is properly associated with the campaign. Sometimes, the association might not be set up correctly, leading to the new leads not being recognized by the campaign report. Also, check if the leads on your static list have the correct campaign membership status. They should be marked as members of the campaign for the data to reflect correctly.

To our top experts, @DSharma02 and @colinwitt any recommendations for @AG095 matter?

Thank you,

Pam

Thanks for adding me here @PamCotton .
Hi @AG095 ,
To ensure that the data from your new static list is accurately reflected in the ‘Attributed Revenue’ or ‘Associated Deal Value’ metrics in your HubSpot campaign report, you need to understand how HubSpot attributes revenue and deal values to campaigns. The data in attribution reports do not include data from static lists as mentioned in here in the article.
You can check this article to know how attribution reports work: How to Understand Attribution Report Definitions in HubSpot's Report Builder and

Hope this helps!
