How set access segregation for Marketing Hub team

Dear All,

I need to configure a access segregation for a external team that will works composing and sending e-mails marketing. They need to have access to contacts, but my idea is to don’t provide access to companies and business opportunities.

Anybody knows how can I do this?

Hi @MMCT

Is the user’s permission settings, you can disable the ability to view deals. Unfortunately, contacts and companies are managed, so you can give a user access to one but not the other: HubSpot user permissions guide

If you have a Pro Hub, you could also create a marketing team that applies these permissions to all members: Create and edit teams
