# How often does Exact sync with Hubspot

I have Exact syncing with Hubspot however I still use Exact for reporting on Deals. I noticed that a Deal created in Hubspot this morning isn’t yet showing in Hubspot, which I find acceptable. This does pop up the question how often Hubspot syncs data with Exact, just so I know what the lag time is.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!  
I understand that you are using the “Exact Online” integration and you’d like to know how often the data sync.  
From what I can see on [this documentation Exact Online](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/productivity/erp/exact-data-sync), the sync is in real time.  
Could you please share more details to see if there is something that needs to be changed:  
1. Which property have you updated?  
2. Where did you update it, on HubSpot? Or on Exact?  
3. On which platform the update is not showing?  
4. Since how long after the update you don’t see the update?  
The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.

I’d be happy to put you in touch with some of our Community Members: Hi @tomdeboer, @GNieuwenhuis, @karlijn I believe you are also using this integration, do you have any insights to share to help @KGielen, please?

I have entered a new Deal on the 14th in Hubspot and it is still not showing up in Exact.

Problem solved. It looked like the syncing of Deals was turned off for some reason. Which is weird as I have already synced these before. Anyway. Thanks for the quick response [@BérangèreL](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/230185)
