We currently have a free hubspot CRM account. We would like the ability to have multiple users within our organization access the account for tracking purposes.
How many users are we allowed with a Free Account?
There is no stated limit to the number of users you can add to your portal, and there is no extra charge for standard users. If you ever upgrade, you main gain access to features that are only available to users with paid seats - but everyone else can carry on using the standard/global features.

Just learned from HubSpot support that there is actually a limit across all subscriptions: 2.500 users.
It’s currently not reflected in the product catalog but should be soon.

On my free version it says I can only have 2 users?

That’s correct, the pricing plan currently allows for up to 2 users on the free HubSpot plan. For the most accurate and up-to-date information about pricing and features, it’s always best to check the official HubSpot pricing page, as that’s the most reliable source. The information you saw in the community may be from a few years ago, which could explain the difference.
