Hi Everyone, I work at a hedge fund serving B2C retail investors / B2B companies and we work with these stages
-
Unassigned: Inbound leads arrive at this stage before being assigned to a sales representative.
-
Pre-Qualification: The representative introduces themselves and submits additional qualification questions to the prospect.
-
Qualification & Pitch: Qualified leads receive a product presentation from the representative.
-
Negotiation: Documents have been sent, the product proposal is submitted, and the representative handles objections, pricing, terms, and the account opening form.
-
Compliance: The client’s KYC forms and documents are reviewed by the representative.
-
Forwarded to Back Office: Once KYC is passed, the representative requests a new account opening or an additional deposit from the Back Office.
-
Account Opening: The Back Office confirms the prospect is either opening an account or waiting for deposit approval.
-
Funding (Closed Won): The prospect sends funds to the account, receives buying instructions, and the deal is marked as Won.
