How I used ChatGPT to create my HubSpot Inbound Agenda

Hey there! I started my day with a notepad and the HubSpot Inbound Agenda page with the intention of creating a list of sessions I wanted to attend. Then, like any normal person, I spent 3 hours working with ChatGPT to create a Python script that creates a JSON file of sessions for each day of the conference. Then, I pasted the JSON into ChatGPT with this prompt:

“I am a marketing professional attending a conference. I am interested in these topics: Marketing, Email marketing, sales growth, AI, Growth and acquisition marketing. Create an agenda for me in a table format. Use this JSON of sessions to create the agenda:”
Note: The JSON file for 9/7 is too large to paste, so you will need to adjust the prompt.
If you want to give this a shot, you can download the JSON files here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1P7ASRSC2awGaz2EEnDMdr4S-oUJ23mno?usp=drive_link

I hope this is helpful to you!

Neat! I would think that this use of AI will be common for major conferences built in in the future.

Other uses:

  • Show me all sessions with X speaker
  • Show me sessions on X stage
  • Create an agenda with a 1-hour break in the afternoon
  • Etc

Have fun.

You should be turning this into an app to shop around conference centers. QR Code download your app to “chat with your conference.”

I wish I had thought of that and had the time/knowledge. Great idea. Feel free to rock that out. Love it.

@NicoLafakis may be able to point you in the right direction there. he’s pretty deep in AI :slightly_smiling_face:
