How do you pull an email campaign contact list from Hubspot?

How do you pull a contact list for an email campaign from Hubspot where the contacts have not been emailed twice in the elast month?

Not sure if this is what you’re asking, but you can create a list that looks something like this:

You can also specify a particular email or workflow that they are a part of if that helps.

Unfortunately, you can’t filter by a specific Campaign.
