This pop-up started showing up in our knowledge base (see top right) and I’m not sure how to disable it. Any tips?

As far as I know, you can’t disable it. It’s not displaying publicly if that’s your concern. Only logged in users in your HubSpot portal can see this.

This might be showing just to you, it would not show publically, these type of popup just show for logged in users only when preview any landing page, website page, blog, etc. If you want to comfirm the same you can check in incognito widnow.
If your concern is just the popup coming even for logged in user, technically there’s no way to disable it as it useful for logged in user.
