We use texting, Email and calls as a process to connect with a customer
We use e-mail, phone calls and whatsapp.
Emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, Text/WhatsApp, and the occasional social media. Connecting at events, as well.

Thanks!
I consistently inquire about my clients’ preferred mode of communication. I typically mirror their chosen method; if they prefer calling, I reciprocate with a call, if texting is their preference, I opt for texting, and so forth. When it’s necessary to document a verbal exchange, I follow up with an email outlining our discussion and any subsequent actions.
I use a combination of call, email, videocalls and in person visits.
I connect with prsopects by leaving value filled comments on their posts and building rapport by talking to them in a regular way before I try to offically prospect them.
Emailing and social media engagement.
snippets and deal creation.
Contacting clients or prospects should always add value, so I think it’s risky to have a preferred method. It’s far valuable to cycle through both different methods of contacting people and with what type of contact.
Email, call, text and socials can be cycled through on a weekly basis so the contact doesn’t feel spammed, and market insights, company updates, product updates and personal follow ups can also be cycled through. That was no contact gets the same type of contact with the same content for at least 4 months.
Emailing and social media engagement.
In person contact, WhatsApp direct communication, and email
Personally, I have always been a call first type of person. If I don’t get them over the phone, I will follow up with an email with a eye catching subject line (normally something humorous)
To contact a Lead, I usually call them directly. It is a cold call to pre-selected leads in an industry that would match our service. If I can’t get through I will look them up on LinkedIn and work on engagement there first. I dislike cold calling and will look more into understanding the inbound leads method. Thank you.
it depends, sometimes i go for a call and sometimes i go to a email, mostly calls.
In all honesty, I am completely fresh to sales. I am looking to retrain and create a well paid, remote career for myself currently. The first step is getting educated.
My previous experiences have all been mostly face to face with customers/clients.
I will say that if I wanted to make a sale though, emailing first would be my low stress first choice. Just because it gives the buyer time to think about what you are selling. It also gives them a chance to send subtle queues through their interaction with the message, as to whether or not they are a warm lead. I think calls are king, so long as you have first broken the ice a little and attracted some interest beforehand.
